Terms of Service

Terms for the Documents Dock global pilot. This document is not a substitute for local legal review.

Effective date: 2026-06-03

01

Service boundary

  • Documents Dock is a shipment document operations workspace for preparing, checking, archiving, and bundling trade documents.
  • Documents Dock and Seoryuhang are not customs brokers, declaring agents, freight forwarders, banks, tax advisers, lawyers, or government portals.
  • The service does not submit customs declarations, issue permits, guarantee customs release, provide final HS classification, or guarantee bank acceptance.
02

Customer responsibility

  • Customers must verify all documents, extracted values, permit references, HS candidates, Incoterms, quantities, values, and counterparty details before submission.
  • Customers are responsible for obtaining required licences, registrations, certificates, permits, and professional advice where needed.
  • Customers must have the right to upload and process documents containing personal data, supplier data, pricing, signatures, stamps, and shipment details.
03

AI and OCR outputs

  • OCR and AI outputs are assistive review signals, not final compliance decisions.
  • Labels such as possible mismatch, missing document, needs review, or ready for handoff are workflow states only.
  • The service may miss errors or produce inaccurate extracted values due to source quality, scans, document layout, language, or third-party model behavior.
04

Billing and acceptable use

  • Paid access for the global pilot should use Paddle Merchant of Record checkout. Documents Dock stores only the entitlement records needed to unlock workspace access.
  • Do not use the service for illegal trade, sanctions evasion, false documents, fraud, money laundering, or unauthorized processing of third-party data.
  • Do not attack, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass service access controls.

Launch note: this page is an implementation draft for product validation and must be reviewed before public paid launch.
