Subprocessor and service-provider notice for the Documents Dock global pilot.

Infrastructure
- Supabase: authentication, database, RLS, organization metadata, sessions, and audit records.
- Cloudflare R2: private storage for original shipment documents, generated documents, and bundles.
- Vercel: web application hosting, build, deployment, and request processing.
- Railway and Upstash: worker runtime, managed queue, and rate-limit infrastructure where used.

AI, OCR, and operations
- OpenAI: AI-assisted extraction normalization, document comparison, and shipment analysis where enabled.
- Upstage or another OCR provider: OCR and document parsing for PDF/image documents.
- Resend: transactional emails. Sentry: error monitoring. PostHog: product analytics with redaction controls.

Billing
- Paddle is the selected Merchant of Record for Singapore and global subscription checkout.
- Paddle checkout, receipts, tax handling, refunds, and customer portal records should be treated as the source of truth for paid global subscriptions.
- Toss Payments remains Korea-only and should not be used for Singapore subscription checkout.
