Privacy notice for the Documents Dock global pilot. This document is an operational launch draft and must be reviewed before public paid launch.

Scope

This notice applies to the Documents Dock website, account onboarding, customer support, billing, and shipment document workflows.
Documents Dock is the global product name for a shipment document operations workspace operated by Seoryuhang.
Customers remain responsible for the lawful collection, upload, sharing, and retention of shipment documents and counterparty data.

Account and organization data: name, email, company name, role, authentication data, plan, and billing status.
Shipment data: counterparties, invoice numbers, BL/AWB references, permit references, product descriptions, values, currencies, dates, countries, and review status.
Uploaded documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, certificates, permits, supplier evidence, product specifications, labels, and related files.
Operational data: IP address, User-Agent, security logs, audit events, support tickets, error logs, and product analytics.

Provide authentication, organization access control, shipment workspaces, document archives, document packs, mismatch checks, and customer support.
Run OCR and AI processing for document identification, data capture, comparison, summarization, and review assistance where the workflow requires it.
Operate billing, tax records, fraud prevention, security monitoring, incident response, and service improvement.

Users may request access, correction, deletion, export, or support for account data through the product or the published privacy contact.
Some shipment records are controlled by the customer's organization and may require organization administrator approval before deletion or export.
Documents and workflow records are retained according to the customer's workspace settings, legal retention needs, billing records, security logs, and backup cycles.
